An operator on your side of the deal

Selling is where I focus. Most owners leave money on the table because their broker never actually ran a building. I price and position from the owner's side of the ledger. Your featured listings will live here as they come online.

Thinking of selling?

List with someone who underwrites your property the way you do. I position it, price it, and market it so it sells for what it is worth, with fewer surprises in diligence.

How I can help

Advisory across the transaction

Representation for owners, investors, and occupiers of commercial real estate, grounded in years of running the assets themselves.

01

Investment Sales

Positioning, pricing, and marketing income property for sale, with underwriting that reflects how the asset actually operates.

02

Acquisitions

Sourcing and evaluating commercial and investment opportunities on the buy side, from first look through diligence.

03

Landlord & Tenant Representation

Leasing strategy for owners with space to fill, and site selection for businesses looking for the right footprint.

04

Commercial Property Management

After the sale, you may want the building run by someone who thinks like an owner. I can help you get it managed properly and stay close to how it performs.

About

An operator first, and a broker second. That order is the whole point.

For fourteen years I have run commercial real estate in Miami and other Florida markets at the director level, on the operating and property management side of the business. I have managed the trending, high-demand corridors: the art districts, the restaurant rows, the tourism-driven blocks where value is made or lost in the details.

That background changes how I represent a buyer or a seller. I read a building the way an owner does, from the rent roll and the lease exposure to the deferred maintenance that never comes up on the tour. My goal is simple: fewer surprises, and decisions you can stand behind.

I have also been on the principal side — buying and selling my own properties, and structuring short-term and pop-up leasing deals in high-visibility Miami corridors. Those transactions taught me how to read a term sheet, negotiate an offer, and time a market from the ownership seat, not just the brokerage seat.

I work under Real Estate Teammates, LLC, and I keep my roster deliberately small so the clients I take on get real attention.
